Welcome to Day 2 of the Foundation of Women's Wellness Summit! Wasn't day 1 awesome? Well, day 2 is upon us and it promises to be just as good! 

Today, we'll be covering topics like Chakra balancing and relationships, the Endocannabinoid system, detoxing your home, the body's innate ability to heal, breath work, variations of PCOS, imposter syndrome, as well as a plant-based food demo that you can do in your own home. Adriana Lee

Today, we'll be learning about relationships and Chakra balancing from Adriana Lee. 

Adriana Lee is a Las Vegas born yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer. She is all about self discovery and empowerment through yoga. She teaches her students how to breathe, how to feel, and how to get reacquainted with their bodies. As a teacher, she breaks down big concepts and complicated poses into bite sized pieces to make them more accessible. Her teaching is based in anatomy and biomechanics. Students leave the class feeling refreshed, connected to their bodies, and empowered.

She says, “My yoga journey began when I was too young to understand the importance of what I was learning - I thought it was just exercise. But it made an imprint on me. Later, yoga helped me to heal past traumas, body dysmorphia, and more. It became my safe haven. I learned to be strong, resilient, and more importantly I learned how to navigate my emotions rather than numb them. That’s what made me want to teach. I wanted to teach people to heal their own minds and bodies.“ Her intention is to share what she has learned about the magic of movement & the bliss of being.

Dr. Jessica Knox

Dr. Jessica Knox is a proud graduate of Harvard University, where she majored in psychology and played varsity women’s basketball, co-captaining the team her senior year; Tufts University School of Medicine, where she completed dual degrees in medicine and business; and San Diego State University School of Public Health, where she earned her public health degree during her medical residency at University of California San Diego.

After completing her residency in preventive medicine, Dr. Jessica began her study of the endocannabinoid system and cannabinoid medicine alongside her parents and sister, all of whom have also transitioned from conventional western medicine to endocannabinoid care. Dr. Jessica delights in teaching patients, other healthcare professionals, and the public about the power and promise of the endocannabinoid system and its associated toolkit. She has spoken on numerous medical cannabis panels, presented at cannabis conferences nationwide, and appeared on nationally televised programs and global webcasts to discuss the burgeoning field of Endocannabinology.

Dr. Jessica has also developed expertise in the design and delivery of multi-state telemedicine care. During her tenure as medical director at a Silicon Valley teleheath startup, Dr. Jessica oversaw the growth of the telemedicine practice from serving zero patients to over 100,000 patients in just over 3 years.

In this session, Sol Ballard will guide us through a training on how to recover from Imposter Syndrome. Her goal is to guide you from thinking you are deceiving to internally achieving. 

Sol Ballard is a business mindset coach and author of the upcoming book, You’re Meant For Bigger Things. She guides entrepreneurs to take dynamic action towards their business dreams with her spiritual yet psychological approach to success. She successfully transitioned from her background in broadcast journalism and weather forecasting to speaking on hundreds of stages and creating potent programs that guide her audience to rev up their influence over themselves and confidently move towards the world shaking goals they were truly meant for.

In her early professional years Sol set aside the conventional professional path follow her then passion as a model and TV personality. Once working as a weather forecaster and journalist for an NBC Affiliate station she realized she had a meaningful message to spread to the world.
