Speaker Agreement
Effective date: February 1, 2021
Agreement As follows:
These details and guidelines are for all speakers who are participating in The Foundations of Women’s Wellness Summit, with Megan Cooper, which will be held from March 2nd - March 5th and the product offered for sale ongoing.
The pre-recorded session (Talk) will last 30-60 minutes (plus or minus) and will be video recorded by the speaker(s)
My Responsibilities:
I’ll provide you with a unique affiliate link for marketing purposes using the link provided in the Speakers Detail Page to ensure proper security and tracking of any sales you refer to.
I’ll also provide you with all the marketing materials you need to successfully share and promote the event with your audience. These include amongst other things:
- Email marketing campaigns before, during and after the Event.
- High level of activity through major social media channels.
- Press release(s) sent to premier outlets.
- Distribution of quote-based images that feature insights from the session to promote your brand.
- Launch and management of affiliate marketing campaigns to include marketing rollout instructions, all marketing materials and more.
- Securing sponsors, strategic partners and business influencers as well as confirming marketing promotions before, during and post-campaign.
My goal is to do everything I can to not waste the speakers time on unimportant tasks that will not directly add more attendees or positive press.
Speaker’s Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of the speaker is to come prepared for the talk and deliver the best content to give the most value to attendees of the Event.
- Speaker may promote the event as much or little as they wish.
Speaker’s Optional Opportunities:
Speaker will have the option to pitch a program or service at the end of their talk. If you do so, and have an affiliate program setup, please supply an affiliate link in advance to us for ongoing use.
Speaker will have the option to provide a free bonus package as a lead generation opportunity on the main sales page for any All Access Pass purchasers to claim. The Speaker should send bonus materials (photo, description, value and access to gift) to the Producer (Megan) no later than Feb 25th
Upon request, all design work can be approved by the Speaker before being used for promotion before, during and after the Event.
Speaker may join the member only Facebook group for ongoing exposure. They are not required to participate but may engage in discussion to offer other members value, to gain ongoing leads and sales. This is a pitch-free zone.
Speaker may advise the Producer of any ideas or strategies you’d like the Producer to consider to enhance the quality and value of the campaign.
Additional Information:
Speaker and Producer should act with respect, integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the Event.
If one customer purchases the all access pass of the event after clicking on two affiliate links, the commission will be paid to the one that was clicked on first.
There will be a 30 day cookie period enforced, which means sales will be tracked for 30 days after an individual clicks on an affiliate link - this link can and will be renewed after the 30 days, unless the Speaker opts out via email.
Speaker and Producer of the summit will go into a revenue sharing agreement with a split between Speaker and Producer of 50% going to Speaker, and 50% going to Producer.
Speaker understands the sales page, product, affiliate program, member’s area and other aspects related to the event will be live and function ongoing, past the promotional period.
Speaker will have free, lifetime access to the Event all access pass.
Speaker represents and warrants that the video content does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark and privacy rights), are factually accurate, and contain nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful. I have the full authority to enter into this agreement and have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses from any individuals or organizations whose material is included or used in my presentation.
Speaker Understands and Accepts The Following:
You grant to The Foundations of Women’s Wellness Summit / The Cycle Solution the right to use photos, biography and marketing materials as a future part of any presentation, program, product or professional activity, and for any commercial, educational or informational purpose.
You acknowledge that no financial compensation is provided in exchange for your video. You hereby release any and all claims, demands and causes of action of any nature whatsoever which you may hereinafter have against you or your officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents arising out of or in connection with your appearance on and participation in the The Foundations of Women’s Wellness Summit.
You agree, if by reason of your statements and action on The Foundations of Women’s Wellness Summit or material furnished by you for the Event, there is any claim or litigation involving any charge by third persons of violation or infringement of their rights, to hold you and your affiliated stations harmless from liability, loss or expense arising from such claim or litigation.
Speaker has the right to use her video as she deems appropriate after the summit.
After reading the Speaker Agreement above, please fill out the following form to accept the terms and guidelines outlined in the Speaker Manual. In the event you sign up for the affiliate partnership link, this document becomes a binding agreement.
