Here’s the roadmap for The Foundations of Women's Wellness. 

I've included important details about the summit below. First, there are the important dates you need to know. 

 


DATES:

The summit will go live from March 2nd to the 5th. So that I'm able to prepare the registration page, promo images, and summit area in time, please adhere to the following: 

  • Please submit your Speaker Info Form (google doc sent out week of Jan 25) by February 8th 
  • Promotion for the summit will begin February 16-March 2 (Let's spread the word!)
  • Please submit your presentation by February 15th. This includes your video and any other assets (such as freebies, print-outs, etc).

 

WHO THE SUMMIT IS FOR:    

The primary audience will be Women - ages 28-45. She is a diverse example of the everyday woman. She’s in the throes of the modern day lifestyle. 

You’re providing what could be a missing puzzle piece for her to truly change the trajectory of her health and wellness. 

She’s looking to feel, look, think, and move better as well as level up her game. 

She wants to understand and know more about her own body. 

She wants to learn, and is eager to apply the knowledge.  

She’s looking for practical practices that she can do from her own home. 

She wants to know the “why”.

She wants to be part of a community. 

I sought you out, because I believe you might have one of those puzzle pieces. 

  

PROMOTION OF THE SUMMIT:

I'll be providing graphics, sample social media posts, and swipe copy for emails to make promoting the summit as easy as possible. I would love for you to promote the summit to your audience a MINIMUM of 2 times ... once sharing about the overall summit and your participation and once sharing about your talk to get your audience interested. Please share wherever you feel comfortable and wherever you normally connect with your audience. This could be a combination of email or social media posts... whatever works best for you and those you serve.

  1. Your headshot image + bio
  2. Social media links (Facebook page, Instagram, Etc)
  3. Your website link
  4. Topic options or questions you'd like to include
  5. Have all of your links ready, books for sale, or lead magnets.
